Getting started
Pick the starting point that matches your role. Each tutorial goes from the empty state to a meaningful outcome: something real, not a tour.
I’m setting up a new syndicate
Section titled “I’m setting up a new syndicate”You’re the one setting it up, so you’ll be its first admin. You need a syndicate, an asset, a member rate, and at least one invite sent.
I’ve been invited to an existing syndicate
Section titled “I’ve been invited to an existing syndicate”You got an email or a link. You need to join, complete your profile, and find the calendar.
Join a syndicate as a member →
I want to log my first flight
Section titled “I want to log my first flight”You’ve made your first booking. Now log the usage the way Syndik8 expects.
I’m the treasurer and it’s the end of the month
Section titled “I’m the treasurer and it’s the end of the month”You need to finalise the month’s bookings and send members their statements.
Just browsing?
Section titled “Just browsing?”Load the demo syndicate instead of creating a real one. It’s seeded with a Cessna 172 registered G-DEMO, two ready-made members (Amy Admin and Mike Member) alongside you as the owning member (the screenshots call you Owen Owner), and sample bookings.
Ready to build the real thing afterwards? Set up your syndicate after skipping onboarding →
