Change your email

Move your account to a new email address.

  • You must be signed in.
  • You need access to the new email inbox — Syndik8 sends a verification code there before the change takes effect.
  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. In the Security section, tap Change Email.
  3. Enter the new address in the New Email field. The dialog shows your current email so you can see what you’re replacing.
  4. Tap Update Email. Syndik8 sends a six-digit verification code to the new address.
  5. Open the new inbox, copy the code from the email, and return to the app.
  6. On the Verify Email step, enter the code into Verification Code and tap Verify.

A confirmation message shows when the change is complete. From this point forward you sign in with the new email. Your password, memberships, bookings, and balances are unchanged.

  • “New email must be different from current” error. You entered the address you’re already using. Enter a different one.
  • No verification email arrives at the new address. Check spam. If it’s still missing, tap Cancel to close the dialog, then start again — typos in the new address are the most common cause.
  • The verification code doesn’t work. Codes expire quickly. Cancel the dialog, re-open Change Email, and request a fresh one.
