Pricing

The Syndik8 paid tier is priced per asset on either a monthly or an annual schedule.

All prices on this site are quoted +VAT. VAT is exclusive: “£20+VAT” means the customer pays £20 + 20% VAT = £24 at checkout. Every other price on the documentation site uses the bare £N+VAT shorthand; this page is the one place that spells out the inclusive total so you can reason about the bill.

  • Prospect — sees this while evaluating whether the paid tier fits their budget.
  • Owner — sees the quoted figure on the syndicate’s subscription settings on the web version.
  • Admin — can read; cannot upgrade (only the owner upgrades).
  • Subscription settings: /syndicates/:syndicateId/settings/subscription.
  • Checkout runs on the web only. On iOS and Android, see upgrade prompt for how the handoff works.

  • Pricing scales per asset. Two assets cost twice one asset. Five cost five times one.
  • Annual = monthly × 10. A syndicate with one asset pays £200+VAT/year on annual billing, a saving of two months versus twelve months of monthly billing.
  • One owner pays, not the members. Subscription cost is on the syndicate, charged to the owner who sets it up. Members are never charged.
  • VAT is exclusive. Quoted £N+VAT figures do not include VAT. At checkout, the VAT line is added (UK standard rate is 20%). A £20+VAT/month subscription bills £24/month.
  • Founding pricing runs alongside the headline rate. Syndicates that qualify for founding pricing pay 50% of the above for two years from their subscription start date.
  • Upgrading from free is one-way-per-event. Switching to paid kicks in immediately on successful checkout and the syndicate’s member and asset limits lift straight away.
  • Changing asset quantity mid-period is handled through the subscription settings screen on the web. Payment collection is not yet live — once it is, mid-period changes will be prorated by the billing system at checkout.
