Asset
An asset is a single shared thing a syndicate owns, leases, or operates — one aircraft, one boat, one property, one vehicle. Most syndicates run with a single asset. Larger operations run several.
Assets carry their own running meter readings, billing configuration, maintenance items, and squawks. Every booking in Syndik8 is for an asset, and every usage log records usage of one asset.
A syndicate can hold multiple assets, but each asset belongs to exactly one syndicate.
