Landing
A landing is a full-stop landing: the aircraft returns to the ground and comes to a stop, or slows enough that the flight is considered terminated. In Syndik8, the pilot records the landing count on the usage log.
Landings feed two things: event-fee billing (where the asset has a landing fee configured) and cycle-based maintenance counters. A landing fee applies only when the flight’s arrival is the asset’s home airfield (or a syndicate default home airfield); away landings are not charged.
Contrast with a touch-and-go, which is a landing immediately followed by take-off without a full stop.
