Owner
Syndik8 has no owner role. Membership roles are admin, member, and viewer; admins operate the syndicate.
Ownership is expressed through shares: a member who holds shares is an equity member, and share counts drive the ownership-weighted decisions (maintenance cost splits, cash calls, votes). The member who created the syndicate holds no special powers; they start as its first admin, like any other admin.
