Owner
The owner of a syndicate is the member who created it, or the member that ownership has been transferred to. There is exactly one owner per syndicate.
Owners can do everything an admin can, plus a small number of owner-only actions: transferring ownership to another member, deleting the syndicate, and managing the paid subscription. On a paid syndicate, the owner is also the person whose account is billed.
Role names in Syndik8 are always lowercase in prose — owner, admin, member — and capitalised only when they appear as a label in the UI.
