Viewer
A viewer is a read-only participant in a syndicate. Viewers can see the calendar, the members list, and the assets, but cannot create bookings, log usage, submit expenses, or make any other state-changing action.
The role is useful for family members, prospective members before they commit, trustees, or anyone who needs visibility without authority. Admins and owners can invite a viewer directly, or promote or demote an existing member to or from the viewer role.
