Grace period
The grace period is the 14-day window after a paid subscription’s recurring payment fails, during which the syndicate still has full read-write access. The first 7 days show an amber warning on the subscription settings and as a banner; days 8 to 14 show a red warning. Bookings can still be created, usage can still be logged, members can still be added.
If the failure is resolved within the grace period — typically by fixing the payment method — the warnings clear and billing continues as normal. If the period expires unpaid, the syndicate moves into read-only mode on day 15.
Read access is never revoked at any stage. Members can always see their bookings, balances, and history.
