Reset your password

Get back into your account when you’ve forgotten your password.

  • You need access to the email inbox linked to your Syndik8 account. The reset code is delivered by email.
  1. On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address on your account and tap Send Reset Link. Syndik8 emails a six-digit verification code to that address.
  3. Check the inbox for that email. The message comes from Syndik8. If you can’t see it, check the spam folder.
  4. Back in the app, enter the code into the Verification Code field and tap Verify Code.
  5. On the Set New Password screen, enter the new password in New Password and again in Confirm New Password. The password must be at least 8 characters long.
  6. Tap Update Password. You are signed in with the new password and taken to the home screen.
  • No email arrives. Check spam. If it’s still missing, tap Try Different Email on the code-entry screen and start over with the correct address.
  • “Please enter the verification code” error. The code is the six-digit number in the body of the email, not the subject line. Paste it without spaces.
  • The code has expired. Each code is single-use and short-lived. Request a new one by tapping Try Different Email, re-entering your address, and sending again.
